Is there any chance of putting something on the website/forum for learners to alert one of the club examiners they want a test doing? Even if its a simple 'test request form' that once sent gets emailed around.
A couple of chaps have been waiting for an examiner for a couple of weeks and have been disappointed due to weather/other commitments by examiners but if there was a system in place where they could get in touch with an examiner and arrange a time, it may have been avoided.

I think the easiest thing Matt would be for them to post on here.
The other thing I could do, is to set up an email address such as examiners@greenacresmac.co.uk
This could be set up to forward any received emails, to all examiners that agree to the system (and that have email accounts).
If you'd like to canvass other examiners and gather a list of their email addresses, I can set that up.

OK Chris thanks. Either system would be better than what we have at the moment but the first relies on examiners looking at the forum regularly. If I see any other examiners I'll ask for their thoughts.

Hi guys, I had a new member approach me this afternoon asking if there was an instructor that could take them up with their RIOT. Unfortunately it was after Chris Bott had left. I suggested they get in touch via the forum so that a convenient time could be arranged.

Yeah it'd be good if we could set something up on here to help new flyers tie up with both examiners and instructors
